At DirectInsulation.com we strive to pass on the savings we make to our customer base through lower prices and wherever possible, free delivery. We trade online to reduce paperwork costs as most of our transactions are handled digitally, and we deliver to you from distribution warehouses all around the country which means no expensive merchant shops and showrooms.
If you find a price for the same product cheaper than ours (based on the same quantity and spec of course) then we want to know about it! Our prices include delivery FREE OF CHARGE once you are ordering over £200 worth of goods, so it is worth checking on that aspect of any other prices you may have in addition.
How Do I Place an Order?
To order online on this site, simply browse the categories in our store and click on any products that interest you to bring up more information on the products. When you wish to go ahead and purchase a product simply add it to your basket. If you need more than one of the same item then you can go into your basket at any time and adjust the quantity and then update your total. If you are ordering more than £200 + VAT in products then delivery is normally free*
*Excludes windows & doors, heat recovery, central vacuum and central extract kits for which delivery is priced based upon each order and the location of the site.
Secure Ordering, Payment and Shipping
All payments on this site are made using PayPal - so the goods ordered therefore need to be sent to the registered PayPal address. If this is unsuitable for you / your site, then please do NOT purchase online using this site, but rather call the Sales Office to discuss payment by Debit/Credit Card to the cardholder address, or Payment by Faster Payment Transfer (Internet Banking) for us to deliver to any other address. Shipping is normally within 2-3 days of your order being placed when from stock, and would normally be between 5-10 working days when we are ordering the goods into the branch as a special order.
Returns & Refunds
When any goods are delivered to you or your site you will be asked to sign for them to say that you have received the goods that you ordered and in good condition. If you have either
ii) any products are not in the condition that you would expect
then please call our national sales office immediately to inform us, and ensure that you sign the paperwork from the delivery driver accordingly to agree what you have had delivered and what you have rejected if anything. We will then make arrangements to rectify the situation as required.
If you wish to return goods then please understand that there is a cost involved in collecting, transporting, checking condition and re-stocking of goods including the additional administraion in doing so. Re-stocking of goods will therefore in almost all cases carry a substantial re-stocking charge of between 25-40% of the original cost of the goods and this can only be refunded once it has been established that the goods are in a fit and acceptable state to be resold to another customer as new.
