REGULATIONS UPDATE!! New septic tank regulations apply from January 2020 this year for how both new and existing properties safely dispose of their sewage. You are not allowed to discharge ANY septic tank into a water course or directly to surface water even if your existing one does this currently!
Call us at the office for more information and guidance or to place an order for a replacement sewage treatment system which may be allowed to discharge (with permission) into a water course or an alternative could be a septic tank with filter media / legal soakaway.
